  • Sugar-Free Soft Drinks (Coke Zero, Sprite Zero, etc.)
  • Fried Foods
  • Seasonings and Sauces used to flavor foods

 

Now here’s the food and beverages you can consume during the 7 day period:

  • High fiber vegetables (leafy green vegetables are recommended)
  • All kinds of fruits EXCEPT bananas (Keep your fruit consumption minimal as they are higher in natural sugars)
  • Black Coffee (no added sweeteners whatsoever)
  • Water
  • Cranberry Juice
  • Skimmed Milk (In certain moments, not every day)

The Fat Burning Soup

  • Onions (minimum 3, maximum 6)
  • 3 tomatoes cut into halves
  • 1 cauliflower
  • Green paprika
  • Water (to be used as broth)

 

Putting The Diet in Motion
